OPEN ACCOUNTS
Net 30 days.
NEW ACCOUNTS
All new accounts must submit 3 trade references and 1 bank reference.
Please see our Application for Credit form for
more details. Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D. Pro-forma invoices will be sent
to all accounts that do not have open accounts. Upon receipt of a check
or money order, merchandise will be shipped.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: A late payment charge of 1.5% per month will be billed for all past due
invoices.
ORDERING PROCEDURE
When ordering please specify: quantity, style number, karat, color and
your PO number. Please see our order form for
more details. Qualified Customers can place their orders online.
BILLING
Gold price is based on the 2nd London gold fix on the day after order is received. Gold and labor are
billed as separate items. There is a $10.00 minimum labor charge per order.
Postage and insurance are charged on all applicable orders. Our preferred method of shipping is FEDEX.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
All claims and returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Returns will not be accepted without written authorization. All returns
that are not due to manufacturers defect or error will be credited for
fine gold only at invoice price or current gold market price whichever
is lower. |
